need help with hair growth for a child that has eczema real short hair dry brittle need help please.?
You can can assist your child's immune system to heal the skin naturally by avoiding using soap (shampoo, detergent, etc.). Instead, try to find a colloidal oatmeal containing soap-free wash for body and face and a shampoo containing the same ingredient. Aveeno or Equate both make those type of products. How to Minimize Shrinkage?
Lack of hair growth during post-partum period???
I delivered my 3rd child 6 weeks ago today. While I was pregnant hair growth was crazy, particularly my legs and armpits. I was having to shave my armpits daily.
Now that I am post partum I could get away with shaving my armpits once a week and even then there's practically nothing to shave. I am still taking my prenatal vitamins, so that wouldn't be it.
Has anyone else experienced this after having a baby?
P.S. By the way... I am loving it! 
Yep, it's pretty typical. I didn't notice it as much with my first, but I lost a LOT of hair in the shower after #2. It's because your hair goes through a long growing phase during pregnancy and skips the natural shedding phase. After the baby is born, your hair makes up for lost time. Don't be scared if you start losing large amounts of hair, but I would recommend waiting a bit before you perm or color it. What a waste it would be if you watched it all fall out!
