Hair Growth Bald Head
fingernail and hair growth queston?
i had heart surgery some years ago,and now take several prescription meds. about this time my fingernails and toenail started growing at an unbeliveable rate. is there any medical explaniton for this?also i am ageing and quiet bald and this has not increased hair growth on my head..
oofta!! I feel bad for you.. although I dont know the actual medical diagnosis, I know it as to do with being inactive. Im not saying your lazy, because obviously having had heart surgery it would be advisable not to be so active for awhile, but when we become less active our body tends to send different signals throughout the body that may result in you problem. And the hair growth? it would be hereditary that it isnt growing back. The growth of finger and toe nails as opposed to hair growth are naturally two different things that cant be traced back to the same catalyst which sprung this abnormal occurrence. But good luck buddy, my dad had cancer and fought through so just do the same

Well dear..i can help you on this....
There are following factors that are responsible...for healthy growing hairs...
1. Nurishment to the Hair roots
2. Protein content in your diet.
3. How often you use soap or shampoo to clean them
4. Conditioning habits..
5. Exposure to dust and pollution
6. clealiness and kind of hair you have....
Well as you said you could be near 22...than you are in a very good age..to grow your hair as the way you want..
1. To increase..the thick ness..of your hairs..you should increase protein diet in your food..at least 30gm protein daily.
2. You can have that much protein from soya, whey products or from green pulses.
3. You should keep you hair clean....like try to use little shampoo every second day once..and You must use a good conditioner...i recommend nutrigena company products...for that.
4. If you like you can use Curd as well..as a natural conditioner...
5. Oil up them only twice a week..and do not over wash them daily.
Drink alot of water that will help you purify your skin and blood.
