Which is more effective: Rogaine Foam or Rogaine Topical Solution?
They are the same price, but I'm asking cause Wal-mart sells a store-brand version of the topical solution for $20 less...
I have medium/short length hair...will the foam even get onto my scalp? Have you tried both and preferred on over the other?
