Growth Shampoo Essence
What should i do to make my hair grow?
Ok, i used to get perms and now im stopping because i want to go natural. I use herbal essences "hello moisture" shampoo and conditioner. And i use wild hair growth oil. I need help badly because first, in the back of my hair one part of my hair is longer than the other part because i do side ponytails a lot when i had a perm and now i stopped doing side ponytails because of that ,and im really trying to get my hair to grow back and 2nd is that my hair is really getting on my nerves and i don't know what styles to do with it. But im really scared that i might need to get a perm again because im a new model and i don't know if different hair stylist can do nappy/natural hair. Because when they did my hair the first time i had a perm and my hair was easier to handel.
Buy some strengthening shampoo. Buy something like Pantene Beautiful Lengths, Garnier Length and Strength, or Mane 'N Tail. Try to get regualr trims as well.

for other suggestions, please make them ones i can buy at like wal-mart etc.
my hair grew the longest and healthiest when i used pantene pro v. but if your hair is really damaged i would go with dove hair therapy. you can get it at shop rite. i have been growing my hair out for a while now and what seems to help me is coconut oil. put it on before you go to bed and wash it off in the morning. makes it very strong. either way it takes a lot of time.

First and foremost you shouldn't stress yourself out. It leads to hair fallout thus more thinning. Massage your head with warmed olive oil. I usually do this on the weekend and then keep it wrapped up for a few hours as I clean up or just lounge around. Wash your hair as you normally would and I usually skip the conditioner during that wash. Purchase a shampoo without Sodium Laureth Sulfate as it is the chemical in soaps or shampoos that strips the dirt and grime from surfaces but along with it it strips moisture. Bedhead Superstar as well as Alterna are great SLS free shampoos! Eating foods rich in protein helps. Eggs, Meats, Diary all help. You do not need to get your hair trimmed every six weeds but it does help with split ends. I usually don't get them so I go without a trim for about three months.
