Grown Fresh Cut

What the best kind of boxed hair dye you can get from stores?
One that doesnt have any harmful chemicals. I have very fragile/dry hair on my ends (about 2 inches still) from past damage (it was my fault and it was a price to pay but i've learned) but i'm not going to cut it until my fresh hair grows out. I just want to highlight my roots so it doesnt look like i just have a dark patch of hair on top. I wont go to a salon because they wont do it right

How to stop the trees from being cut near & around freeway entrances?
There is construction going on around the freeway entrances in my city. This morning I noticed they have cut all the trees and bushes that grow around the freeway entrances and exit areas. I was sad to see big pile of fresh green trees cut off and being thrown in choppers. Who decides to cut these trees and is there a way it could be stopped? At time like this, we need more trees around us that give us fresh air and ozone. I am appalled govt is allowing the cutting of trees.
It is better planning by your road crews and transportation commission and city. Freeways and roadways can be built around healthy vegistation in many cases. Sometimes it is more costly so they avoid it and cut the trees instead.
But do keep in mind, many trees near freeways and roads die anyway from the stress of emissions, road salt in winter, noise factor, lack of water, and more. In my area you can really see the damages. Many of the trees near the roads are brown and dying and the healthy trees are yards away.
What we need to do is make the City plant two trees for every one they cut and remove or kill. It is not better than keeping the older trees but it is one step in the right direction.
