How do i grow long hair if i am african american in a year?
so my hair is damaged and me and my mom are wokring our way to gaining it back healthy
it use to be shoulder length but then it broke off
i read in a seventeen magazine that to grow your hair you have to do four things
1)stimulate your scalp
2)infuse with vitamins
3)get regular trims (which i don't do)
4)control dandruff (which i have)
it says to stimulate it with jojoba oil but that cost alot of money
is there any subsitute?
it also said thati should use mineral fusion volumizing mineral shampoo and conditioner
where can i buy that? i heard that biotin was a good vitamin to take to promote hair growth.
please help?
you can replace jojoba oil with castor oil or coconut oil.
