Fragile Thinning
whats a good treatment for fragile nails?
i have had my nails done with acrylic for years,now i removed the acriylic and they are very thin and are very sensitive to the touch. is there any home remedies to make them stronger?
Dip them in a warm/hot extra virgin olive oil for 3-5 minutes or till the oil turns cold/warm. Do this every night and you'll get great results in as little as 8 days.

Thinning New Shoots in the Vineyard
strengthening & thickening my hair / hair too fragile & thin for a perm?
I've wanted to have my hair permanently curled for years now. Last year I actually went to a few hairdressers to see if they would do the kind of perm i'm after. They all said my hair is too thin and it might go frizzy. Moreover, I've got highlights from a home bleach kit, which according to the hairdressers has really damaged my hair. They say that if they perm my hair in this condition, there's a serious risk of the hair breaking off.
I still haven't given up on the idea though, and have been growing the bleach out for the last year. But is there a product that will make my hair strong or thick enough (even if it takes another year of treating it) to have a perm done with less risk of it going horribly wrong?
personal experience advice is especially welcome.

Don't dye your hair again this weakens it - you can try some of the hair strengthening products available on the markets in places like boots and superdrug. You should also deep condition your hair at least once a week with aussie 3 minute miracle conditioner. Hope this helps xx
