how can i make my hair grow faster?
kay, so my hair is down to my boobs(haha), but i really want it to be in the middle of my stomach; like this:

1. Deep Condition Hair Once A Week (Buy a deep condition from Walgreens or RiteAid or one of those little stores. Soak it in your hair from roots to ends and then put a plastic shower cap over your hair and keep it in for 45 minutes to an hour. Then rinse.) Do this ONCE a week.
2. Eat Right. (Greens, Veggies, Protein foods such as eggs and meat, Water)
3. Massage Scalp 5 Minutes a Day (This stimulates hair growth)
4. Wear a Silk Scarf Around Hair Each Night (When you sleep on a cotton pillow at night it can break off your split ends when u toss and turn while your sleeping, so tie a Silk scarf around your hair each night.
5. Brush your hair only using a comb. Never a brush. Comb it by starting at the ends and working your way up.

Has anyone used Folicure?
Has anyone used Folicure products? I'm 21 years old, I used to have long thick hair and its very thin now, even more thin from the top I heard about this shampoo I just don't know if it works or not. I was using this shampoo by Nora Ross but it makes it fall even more.
should i take the shampoo the tablets and the drops or one at a time?
