Any tricks for speedy hair growth?
I know most of the basic tricks for faster hair growth, such as, taking vitamins (I take a multi-vitamin every day), but any other information from natural homemade tricks, to store-bought products would be greatly appreciated.

Hair Growth Trick?
Is it true that getting your hair trimmed slightly every so often will actually make it grow faster in the long run because your hair slows down it's growth if you don't cut it often? i.e. occasional trims will keep the hair growth process at its fastest?
it doesn't actually make your hair grow faster, but it does seem that way. It is good to keep getting your hair cut regularly because it keeps your hair healthy and healthy hair grows better
