Fast Black Hair Growth Vitamins
How to make hair grow long... and extremely FAST??
I am looking for certain pills or vitamins to take. I've heard about seaweed or kelp but i need more specific details on this and also on those Prenatal pills. Cuz idk what exactly are in those. What about certain shampoos? or should I not wash my hair as much so its hydrated, or would that just make it oily and halt the growth? I am gonna try to "massage" my head every day, lol.
Should I just go for the pregnancy vitamins cuz thats the only thing that seems logical.
My hair is dyed black and it is currently 17 inches long!
prenatal vitamins will make your hair & nails grow faster & stronger. they won't hurt you, it's basically just a multivitamin with lots of folic acid & other nutrients that are important to make sure you get enough of while pregnant. if you take prenatals you should get the capsules instead of the tablets since more of the nutrients will be absorbed into your body in that format.
massage will help too, it increases the bloodflow to your hair follicles.
