My hair is falling out?
I'm a 21 year old female and lately when i take a shower, i pull out chunks of hair off my head. It doesn't hurt. I take pretty good care of my hair...get it cut every 4 to 6 weeks...wash it every 3 or 4 days (i have pink in my hair, so i can't wash it often), I have to use a sulfate free shampoo and i've been using the same one for about 6 months.
is this normal? how can i reduce the amount of hair that falls out?
yea, i eat healthy. i eat lots of fruit and veggies (i'm a vegetarian)
Do u eat healthy???? That is a big part of it I think....the dye might be causing it to be extra weak also
