could have 2 meanings,on some cars there r somethings that r done to a cr or truck b for it is sent out, some u joints r factory packed when installed,many parts on a car r done this way, snd, if a car is under a warrenty it will say factory servised that means they want the work done by someone that knows what they r doing,not too void warrenty,hope this helps you, also on some parts the part r sent to the factory that built it, this is also a factory serviced item
