Facial Hair Growth Menopause
Can Menopause occur at 30????
I'm wondering if I might be going through menopause...I'm only 31 but for the last seven months I have been having major physical issues. My mom and my grandmother didn't go through menopause until their 60's and none of my sisters have experienced any of these symptoms but I'm not sure what else it could be. My symptoms are these: hair loss, weight loss/gain (it constantly fluctuates), haven't had my period in seven months, facial hair growth (a lot of it!!), hot flashes and constant acne.
I talked to a doctor about this four months ago and he told me it was stress. But I'm not stressed, I have nothing (except this) to worry me! I'm really starting to get concerned especially because my husband and I want to start a family. Can anyone help??
I'm going to bet money that you've got PCOS (poly cystic ovary syndrome). You've got all the signs, as did I (and this was my diagnosis.) You will be able to have children, but it make take you a bit longer to get there.

What Causes Female Facial Hair?
Have you noticed bodily changes since becoming vegetarian/vegan?
3 months ago I became an ovo-lacto vegetarian and I have began to see odd effects. I think it is my diet change that is causing lower estrogen levels. I am noticing moodiness, irregular periods, and eyebrow/facial hair growth. Many of these effects go along with menopause although I am only 20. I was just curious if any other women have noticed a similar change? Or if men have noticed increased masculinity.
My only reasoning behind this is the growth hormones put into the meat I used to eat is not getting into my body. I am interested in hearing any stories!
yeah i became vegetarian a month ago, and i havent gotten my period once.
i think it is just from a different diet, plus stress for it being the end of the school year.
so i am not worried.
