Extra Hold
How many extra pounds of water can your body hold on to?
I am on a diet and have been doing pretty well on it. I have also been exersizing a lot, but I have just gained 2 pounds. I have been eating a ton of salt over the past week.
If you are on a diet, why are you eating a ton of salt?
Anyway, I do know its a few pounds at least. Most diet pills are doing just that - getting rid of the extra water in your body (thats why people on pills think they are doing so well because they are losing weight, not to mention going to the bathroom a lot more, but after the water is gone, they dont lose any more).
