What the best way to have a Bikini Body by next month?
I didnt really gain anythin' in the winter.
Dont have any extra weight on me ...120 ilbs 5"5.
How do you tone your love handels and reduce their size since their the only thing that ANNOY me !
I do 100 situps and 100 crunches before bed.
Ive heard if you cut back on ur salt it reduces them , but ive tried and ill ALREADY drink about 3 liters of water a day pls other beverages.
Any advice?

You need to be doing cardio, too. Run or walk fast for 45 minutes a day, and in a month you'll have melted off those love handles. There are no exercises to get rid of the fat deposits there. Crunches will just harden the muscle underneath the fat.

isn't 2 litres of water too much to drink in a day?
I have to force it down throughout the day and it makes me feel bloated and more hungry, if anything. I can only manage 5 glasses max and that's on a good day. I had my water percentage in body checked at the gym this morning and it was 50 % which is perfect apparantly so if I had the extra 2 glasses, it would have been too much, would it not have?

yes it is very must to drink at-least 2 ltr a day. or even 3 if u want to reduce ur weight.
Water is essential for everybody - it is also the key to losing weight. If you haven't been drinking enough water, your body has developed a pattern of storing water. This water retention equals extra unwanted weight.
By drinking more water, you are not only flushing out toxins, you are also teaching your body that it no longer needs to store water. Drink at least 60 ounces of water (about 8 glasses) a day. Boil water and sliced lemons, and drink this throughout the day to help with fluid retention. If you are still not sold on the merits of water, try this on for size: water is a natural appetite suppressant.
don't force it urself. just made the following time table
1) when woke up drink one glass or 2. may be difficult at first but slowly u will be used to it.
2) after every 2 hour, drink one glass of water and i think its not so difficult to drink one glass after every hour.
3) so if u wake up at 8 in the morning and sleep at 10 in the night. u may be be able to drink around 8 to 9 glass a day.
