Essential Hair Growth Nutrients
Question about Puberty?
Is there a certain time your body grows taller or is it genetically predetermined when you are going to grow taller? Or does it only happen when the essential nutrients are present? Because it seems like every few months I grow like a cm, I've barely even grown an inch this year, I'm still waiting for my 3-4inches, can I expect to grow this Summer? I don't have any facial hair or treasure trail yet. Also I smoke weed casually like once a week but I plan to stop by the end of this month, will that affect my growth, I found starting smoking weed made me grow a bit a few months ago you see...

I mean like when will I grow, does there need to be like certain conditions, like I heard that you grow the most in height in the Summer. I have started puberty at the age of 12.

It's both actually, it has to do more with hormones and when the hormones are set to release in the body to cause growth.
I don't know, I can't see into the future so I can't give you that information.
Smoking weed actually stunts penis growth in some men haha not height.

Proteins are definatly important but you missed vitimin B5, also known as Biotin. It is essential for good hair, skin, and nails.

People have pretty big heads, so I think each person could be their own control: treat half the head with Rogooti, and leave half untreated. The untreated half is the control. After an amount of time, measure the hair length on each side of the head to see if the Rogooti side grew differently. Doing it this way will ensure that everything is the same between the treated hair and the untreated except for the hair product.
Her family – Homer, Marge, Bart, Maggie, and herself – will probably not be happy to learn that the best way to measure the hair growth is to first shave the head so that the length is even at the start.
The dependent variable is the variable to be measured. In this case, growth in hair length.
