Essence Shampoo Natural
What shampoo and conditioner should i use?
I have extremely thick, frizzy, dry hair. it is very wavy with a few curls and becomes tangled very easily. what shampoo and conditioner do you suggest to make my hair less frizzy/smoother and also enhances my hair texture so i can show off my natural hair. right now i use herbal essences dangerously straight (pink bottle with green cap). i know it's for straight hair, i just love the smell so no worries, i'm not stupid.
i have used garnier fructis but it didn't seem to help much
NEVER use pantene pro v. It contains very cheap foaming SLS- sodium lauryl sulfate which strips hair and makes it very dry. It's cousin sodium laureth sulfate costs more and is much gentler to the hair.
I recommend (drug store brands) Garnier fructis triple nutrition moisturizing and Loreal Paris Cashmere soft and royal jelly.
Fave salon brands: Redken for curly hair and Matrix for curly hair
Like a lady said "Using any shampoo that contains sodium lauryl sulfate will really clean my hair well the first day- which is why I am always pleased the first day. After that because the sodium lauryl sulfate is drying it causes my scalp to produce extra oil to make up for the dryness."

When I did mine, it did get lighter.
