vitamin and energy enhancers question?
I am an athelete, and am always going. and in my next sport, raiders, im going to be running more than 5 miles per competion, plus pushups, situps, and all kinds of stuff. S im thinking of starting a supplement thing everyday. what do you think? yes? no? Note: these pills are all from Swanson and are Pills not energy drinks.

vitamin E,
vitamin B-125 complex,
acetyl Lcarnitine,
ginseng,
and a 1000 mg of vitamin C and some rosehips.
From what ive read, this would support my whole body from mind to stamina, and cardio wear and tear.
From what I have learned, you can take as many vitamins or what ever, if it is artificial, your body might not take it as well. The best way to go is all those vitamins and minerals from a natural source.

b12? been taking plenty of that. Ginseng, staying fit, getting rest.
I tried adderall, and honestly didn't get addicted. as much as i loved the productivity of it, i hated not being able to eat, sleep, and have a fast heart rate. It has so many obvious physical affects to it, the drug still boggles my mind as to how it "slows down" adhd users. crazy stuff.
Looking for something not really stuffed with amphetamines anyways. Nothing that's going to hurt my physical condition, only increase memory absorption.
Herbs good for memory enhancement include: common garden sage, basil, thyme, and rosemary. These are herbs of the mint family: Lamiaceae. They are known to have cholinesterase inhibitors so help boost ACh...a key memory and cognition neurotransmitter.
Other herbs that may help also include Gotu kola, Ginkgo biloba, and the ginsengs including Rhodiola rosacea.
B vitamins are good for stress and the nerves in general. Magesium too: and that is best taken in combination with calcium in a 1:2 ratio with calcium.
But talk to your doctor or a pharmacist first before taking anything herbal if you are on prescribed meds because of the risk of herb-drug interactions.
