4. the vitamins not stored in fats are not soluble in fat. therefore they are water soluble vitamins.

Industrial Piercing Experiences?
I got my right ear pierced through the helix and antihelix on tuesday. Dealt with the mild bleeding from either catching it on a shirt or just by salt soaks. I've been using Satin to clean it too! 
My ears don't bleed anymore, thankfully! I've been supplementing my diet with vitamin C pills, Vitamin water - Defence which has C and Zinc.. mmm, and now.. ibuprofen. It swelled up as do all piercings and with that it's started throbbing. So today i've decided on a bag of ice and a papertowel before work hah.
Pierced at 12g at a studio in Largo, FL.
How was everyone elses experiences with these and how long was yours swollen/etc?
sorry havn't had any experiences but my friend went there and she was swollen/bleeding about 4-5 days after and now it only occasionally bleeds but overall she said it was a preety good job
