Curing Ointment Hair
I have an unbearable genital itch?
About 2 years ago I got thrush and the cream the chemist provided had a chemical that caused my skin to literally burn off like acid. I stopped using it and tried something different which cured the thrush. But since that day, ive had an unbearable rash like problem in my genital area. it mainly affects the skin around and it gets so itchy sometimes i end up scratching skin off to the point it burns. I have used 2 types of ointment that relieve the itching for a while, but about a day later, it is back. It ususally gets worse when I shave and the hair starts growing back. I have been to the doctor about it and he just gave me one of the ointments which only works temporarily. A medical site suggestd it could be dermatitus caused by the chemical in the cream, but I just want to get rid of it. If someone can suggest what they think, I might be able to get a better response from a doctor...And i dont think it is an std because I got the rash before i ever had sex for the first time.
I do not know what ointment your Dr prescribed , but E45 is very good , you must apply it at least twice a day, it is non sticky , apply it liberally . You should also try using around the infected area only, a shower gel called `Oilatum ` though you can if you wish use it all over the body , avoid soap and harsh shower gels .This condition may take weeks to clear up. If you have dermatitis , it normally spreads , once you get dermatitis , you will have it for life , it will die down and may be dormant for a long period , but will flare up from time to time , so avoid harsh cleansing agents.
If you are using Talc , stop applying it as this will aggravate an already damaged skin .
If you are in any doubt, particularly about the dermatitis , see your G.P , as dermatitis, unless it is the industrial form , is contagious , you can spread it to others as well as over your own body
You will get `Oilatum` from any good Pharmacist

Why Eyebrow's and Eyelashe's itching and falling out.?

My eyebrows and eyelashes are falling slowly from past 5 year's, i am using keralin skin ointment to stop falling, once used the itching goes off and hair stop falling, if ointment is stopped then first itching will start and then small pimple will come inside the eyebrow hair start falling, want to know the cause of the loss, any cure, pls help...
This sounds like a calcium problem, low levels of calcium can do this, I would also check your Vit. d level, at least it doesn't hurt anything to start taking to see if it helps. I know for a fact that low calcium and do this, it also falls under the hypoparathyroidism. You may want to research that and see if you have any other systems, even hypothyroidism.
