Conditioner Follicle
Constantly shampoo and dye (armpit) hair without conditioner, will the hair thin/fall out?
OK So more and more guys are shaving body hair. For swimming. For whatever. But it grows back darker and thicker. If shampoo and hair dyes strip away "natural oils and junk" wouldn't that work on body hair too, and wouldnt that damage the root and follicle so it's easier to shave / wax? I'm talking about shampooing it during every shower and dying it constantly. (How often is too often?) Wouldn't it get thinner and fall out? Isn't that technically a good thing? How bad would that be for the skin, though? I know chemical hair dyes can be pretty harsh. Could you technically shampoo your arm and leg hair to get that thinner as well?

That would be so much easier but armpit hair etc is different to head hair its more coarse and annoying.
Its easier to shave but waxing is better for long term.
Shaving comes back in 2-3 days with waxing a couple of weeks.
I would suggest shampooing the hair first before dying and seeing if shampoo has an affect on it.
Try dye if nothing happens.
Im not sure if it will work just give it ago.

Rinsing hair with cold water....what about hot water.?
I've heard that rinsing your hair with cold water makes it shiny and soft, and I've found that to be true. If you rinse with it at the end of your shower, it closes and smooths the follicle. But, does that mean that if you rinse your hair with HOT water at the BEGINNING of your shower, it will make it more vulnerable to conditioner and softer in the end, after you rinse in cold? Thanks for the help, guys.
your theory is true, but if you color your hair, you dont want to get shampoo under the cuticle or itll accellerate the fading of your color, so you should shampoo in cold and rinse, then warm it up, condition, and rinse out the conditioner with cool again.

What's with the thumbs down? It does close the cuticle, obviously if the cold water closes it, Hot water opens it. and I don't do it, because it's my hair, I do what I want.
