Concealer Medium If I have a medium to tan skin tone, what shade should my concealer be? ?
Light, Fair, Medium, or Tan? If Im going to use it for under eye circles and to cover blemishes. what shade should it be?
not really sure which is darker- medium or tan, but which ever one's darker, you use that one because it will spread out. plus, your foundation is always supposed to be a little darker than your skin tone, NEVER lighter. and concealer should NEVER be lighter, either.

Youngblood concealer is a rich, creamy, mineral formula that gives sheer to heavy coverage, while still looking silky and natural. Ultimate Concealer has the perfect blend of light-reflecting minerals that makes the skin look smoother, draws attention away from dark circles and diffuses tiny lines. It contains Vitamin C and E to help minimize lines and dark circles, Allantoin to stimulate the growth of healthy tissue and Jojoba Esters to prevent dryness throughout the day. Fair: Pale neutral with minimal yellow undertone. Medium: Deeper neutral with slightly more yellow undertone. Dark: Deepest neutral with warmer undertones. Directions: Youngblood Ultimate Concealer has the perfect blend of light reflecting minerals to not only make your skin look smoother, but to draw attention away from dark circles and diffuse tiny lines. It is excellent as a base for further enhancing the performance of eyeshadows. Also, use it to accentuate your lips and give the appearance of “pouty” lips. Using your ring finger or YB Lip/Eye Brush apply a small amount of Concealer to dark circles. Blend Concealer well. You may apply Rice Setting Powder to increase performance. Use a YB Lip/Eye Brush to apply Concealer to the entire lid area as a base for eyeshadow: The Concealer smoothes the eye lid and further enhances the performance of your eyeshadow. To create a crème base eyeshadow, mix eyeshadow with the Concealer before applying. With a YB Lip/Eye Brush, apply and blend Concealer around the edges of the lips to give the appearance of a fuller lip. I'm guessing you probably bought your kit off the QVC, what you need to do is first figure out what your correct shade is. The light kit is for people with a light or medium complexion with yellow-olive undertones. Take each color and tap a little off into the lid (ALWAYS WORK OUT OF THE LID) grab your concealer brush and paint a line on your cheek of each color. Whichever color fades into your face and neckline is your match. You should only need one of these two colors. If you are having to mix them you are in the wrong color family!
Now that you are ready to apply your color all over decide what kind of coverage you want. If you have skin that needs a lot of concealing (acne, rosacea, etc) start with your max con brush and again out of your lid swirl the brush to pick up the minerals then tap (dont buff) onto your skin, follow with your flawless face brush (put a bit in the lid, swirl till youve picked up the minerals, tap off the excess and buff onto your face) I like to start on the outside of the face and work my way into the nose area. Keep in mind that a little of this foundation goes a long way. The longer you buff onto the skin, the better your coverage will be. There are no added binders in this foundation, as you buff onto the skin, the minerals heat up and work w/your skins natural oils to cover & provide staying power. You should never see minerals flying out of your brush, if you do you have too much. You should also not have any transfer (onto clothes, other ppl, etc) if you do you have not buffed long enough. Oh, if you only want sheer coverage, you can skip the previous brushes and just use your full flaw brush for foundation. The tighter the bristles, the fuller the coverage you will get!
Secondly you want to apply the warmth. Take your full flawless face, swirl and tap in the lid, then apply to your face where-ever the sun would hit you naturally. The idea of warmth is to give you the appearance of great healthy skin. I like to apply mine in a E & 3 pattern on each side of my face to highlight my forehead, cheeks and chin.
The last piece of the puzzle is the mineral veil, think of this as a setting powder, this is whats going to hold your m/u in place all day, keep it from transfering and rubbing off. Again use your full flawless face brush, swirl, tap and buff. PS-the mineral veil also makes an awesome dry shampoo and will mattify any shimmery eye shadow if buffed on top!
Also make sure you clean your brushes after each use with a spray cleaner, then once a week, or at least 2x's a month clean your brushes with a brush shampoo or baby shampoo. You will have a better application of your m/u, less risk for breakouts and irritation, and not have to replace your brush set every couple years!
