Are you kidding? Have you not heard of vitamin overdose? You're lucky she's not already dead and if you don't get to a vet soon, she will be.
Add: The dog ingested the vitamins last night, it's too late to make the dog vomit. Many vitamins are fatal in certain doses and it's obvious the dog is experiencing effects of this. Medical intervention is crucial at this point. That's a whole lot of vitamins to consume at once.
