Comb Your Hair
Are you not supposed to comb your hair after flat ironing it?
because when I comb it after I flat iron it some of the waves get back.
Before using a flat iron on your hair you should blow dry it really thoroughly and make sure that the under layers of your hair are completely dry because even if they are only a little bit damp it will still cause the outter pieces of your hair to curl up after flat ironing. You can comb your hair as much as you want after flat ironing but you should also try setting it by using a blow dryer on the "cool" setting. All you have to do is blow the cool air on the outter pieces of your hair and it makes the straightness last longer (I'm not exactly sure why but I saw it on TLC's what not to wear so I tried it and it works well)

How do you comb your hair if you have curly hair?
I have naturally straight hair so I put it in a bun and slept with it, but in the morning, if I try to comb it, it becomes straight again. Is there some way to stop that? And I really don't want to spend a lot of money for like hairspray.
If your hair isn't naturally curly and you don't want to use any products to keep your ringlets, there really isn't any way to prevent unraveling them. Just try to make sure you hair is free of tangles the night before when you put it in a bun and if you absolutely have to comb your hair the next day then use a wide toothed comb. Make sure that you never brush it, though.
