Cholesterol Blocker

Does a heart attack victim hve to work if they do not wish to?
I am expected to put up with lots of lifestyle restrictions, eg dietary and socially, i.e. no fry ups, little beer, no smokes, no life. Also I now am on permanent medications life ACE inhibitor, beta blocker and cholesterol lowering agent. Why should I work.
Why should you work? Well...how about to make money so that you can pay for a house or flat to live in. How about to make money so that you can buy food to eat. How about to make money so that you can buy clothing so that you don't have to walk around naked. How about to make money so you can pay for medical care.
Now, if you have enough savings...then don't work. But I think there is no correlation at all between having a heart attack and not working. No fry ups? Me either. Little beer? Me too. No smokes? Me too. No life? Nope, not me. Of course, my life never revolved around fry ups, beer, smokes, and crappy food.
I would say you should develop some healthy interests so that you can get off the damn meds as soon as possible. You'll feel a hell of alot better not being on beta blockers and ACE inhibitors, thats for sure. Hopefully those are short term meds while things heal and while your blood pressure comes down thru healthy eating...and maybe at some point you can flush the meds!

| | The Hose Blocker $12.99 Block hoses and cords from catching under tires with The Hose Blocker! The Hose Blocker is an innovative but simple device that prevents your water hose or power cord from getting caught underneath your vehicle?s tire. The Hose Blocker butts up against the tire to block the hose or cord from getting pinched under the tread, so you can move around the vehicle more easily. We?ve all had the experience of the water cutting off while we?re washing or rinsing the car. What happened? The water hose became wedged under the tire?again. If you wash your vehicle as often as I do, this happens all the time. The Hose Blocker allows you to pull the water hose around the vehicle without it getting trapped under the tire. The Hose Blocker eliminates this one small hassle of washing the car so I can enjoy the process of detailing. The Hose Blocker is also a great asset when you?re buffing your vehicle with the Porter Cable 7424XP or other polisher. As you may know, the cord can get trapped under the tire just as you?re rounding the corner of the vehicle. This is a very dangerous situation for the paint because, if the cord unexpectedly gets caught as you?re polishing, you could easily burn or cookie-cut the paint with a rotary machine. The Hose Blocker prevents the power cord from catching under the tire so you can polish your vehicle without incident. The Hose Blocker is made of sturdy molded plastic shaped to cup the tire. It?s virtually indestructible! Kick The Hose Blocker snugly under the tire, diagonal to the tread. The hose or power cord will slide around the tires without getting caught. This set includes 4 Hose Blockers ? one for each tire. They stack inside each other so they take up very little space in the garage. Each Hose Blocker is 6 1/4 inches wide by 3 5/8 inches tall. What a great idea! The Hose Blocker prevents water hoses, air hoses, and power cords from catching under the tire while you work. One of the great aggravations of detailing SOLVED!Includes 4 Hose Blockers |

what are the risks of omega-3?
about a month ago I started taking fish oil supplement, specifically a product called nutrasea...today I started getting unexplained nosebleeds...The product suggests taking 1 tspn per day...It contains DHA-500 mg., EPA-750 mg., omega-3 1500mg.(i`m assuming thats per dose)...i read from other sources that thinning blood and nosebleeds are a common side effect...I also take medications for high blood pressure(Mavik), a beta blocker(metoprolol), ezetrol for high cholesterol, and pariet for acid reflux...i don`t suspect these medications are interacting..Basically, I am curious if the nosebleeds are most likely caused from the fish oil and if I should cut down the dosage, and, or take another supplement like vitamin e or k to reduce the chances of nosebleeds, or stop taking the fish oil altogether...Sure would like to hear from somebody in the know..
A month before you had no nose bleeds on the same medications, now you start taking these supplements and you develop nosebleeds.
That would tell me to get off those supplements ASAP
