Building Fiber Light
I am confused. What to do?
I have by now read about 100 articles on calve training as they are one of my toughest body parts to build and define. So, what are the best exercises and strategies for calve building? High reps or low? Heavy or light weights? Are calve muscles mainly white or red fiber enriched? Fast or slow twitch? PLs help!

depending on your body and what is comfortable for your calves. try a couple different training exercises and see what one yields the best results, every single person has a little different body and you have to find what works best for yours, esp a touchy and tough part like your calves.
