What does it mean if hair stops growing on your breast?
on my right breast I have had some skin damage but i wouldn't think it would stop hair growth. I used to shave off about 10 hairs or so that would grow in, which is normal for a woman (just a fact for men who'll read my question and go "ew" thinking that women don't have any body hair :p). now they don't grow in anymore, though they do on the left?
it has me really worried :/ I don't want to find out I have loads of impossible to see ingrown hair, or something really serious

Its normal. It just means that that particular hormone is lower now then it was before. Just think of it as one less thing that you have to do everyday!

this is a stage around 13 years when boys and girls have physical and mental changes.pubic hairs in and around genital area armpits etc there are some other changes like in speech, mentality and attraction towards opposite sex.
