Black Hair Fibers
Fuzzy, black worms - what are these things?
Lately, I've been finding a lot of tiny black worms (1/4 inch long) hiding in the fibers of my carpet. They're slightly fuzzy and have about five long, thin hairs sticking out their back ends. They have six legs and a pale whitish-beige underbelly. I've looked up images of larder beetle larvae, since I've seen some of them sneak in through the wall cracks from my balcony outside, but they don't really look similar; they're a lot smaller, a lot less fuzzy, and the larder beetle grubs don't seem to have the back-end hairs these worms do.
Their bodies aren't really segmented like the black carpet beetle grub's looks like. And they're not big or fuzzy enough to be caterpillars, or at least any that I know of offhand. These ones' bodies are sort of rounded, and they do run very fast, but their legs are rather tiny and short.

Black Cotton Sheets are extra linty, how do I get it off?
I bought some cheap black sheets from Wal-Mart that are 200 thread count. I wash them by themselves because they are super linty. I've had then in the dryer with 3 dryer sheets 3 times and they are still just covered in lint and little hairs/fibers.
Is there anything I can put in the dryer with it that will help?
Warm wash the sheets in 2 tablespoons of vinegar to solubilize the waxy cationic fabric softener.In the last rinse use a good hair conditioner with silicone(such as Dove) that has been prediluted in a cup of warm water. Look for the ingredient terms '-siloxane' and '-methicone' on the back of the conditioner container.
If that does not work return it and purchase 100% cotton sheets with a thread count of 600.
