Biotin Zinc Taurine

I won't name the product, but here are the ingredients:
Water, skim milk powder, lactose, high oleic safflower oil or high olec sunflower oil, coconut oil, soy bean oil, mono- and diglycerides, lechithin, calcium carbonate, ascorbic acid, carageenan, choline bitartrate, taurine, potassium citrate, D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, zinc sulphate, cytidine 5'-monophosphate, disoduim guanosine 5'-monophosphate, niacinamide, disodium uridine 5'-monophosphate, ferrous sulphate, adenosine 5'-monophosphate, D-calcium pantothenate, cuppic sulphate, vitamin a palmitate, thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid, magnese sulphate, phylloquinone, biotin, sodium selenite, vitamin d3, cyanocobalamin, may contain potassium hydroxide and citric acid.
Additionally, would you think of this as something healthy to eat? There doesn't seem to be any sugar in it, do you think this would be okay for kids to eat too?
No I would not eat that product. I try to avoid eating things where I don't understand the ingredients. What the heck is D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate anyway?
I certainly wouldn't give it to a child!!!
I'm guessing it's some kind of low fat milk shake?

I was told that vitamin C is the most important.
And if you do have bad bone then try Calcium and if you have very low iron then get Iron.
