Biotin Hair Growth Supplements Protein
If I take a multivitamin for 1 month.. will my hair grow a bit more than 1/2 inch?
I was taking 5 mg of biotin for three weeks along with centrum multivit..
Now im gonna take 3mg of biotin and GNC Womens ultra mega dietary supplement ( a nutritional shake).. it has 1000mg of calcium, 25 mg of each b vitamin, antioxidants, vits a, d, e, c, protein 250 mg of magnesium..
^^ Will taking that for 1 month give me signifigant hair growth???.. I know hair normally grows 1/2 inch but mine grows a bit slower than that
I've taken a multivitamin designed for hair, nail, and skin health for 2 months... but I'm starting to think it's money well wasted. Sorry to be a party-pooper.
Please keep in mind that too many pills can hurt your kidneys and/or liver, depending which way the particular nutrients filter.
The best way I've found to promote hair growth is to use a leave-in conditioner every day, and a conditioning masque periodically.
