Biotin Gelatin
Hoof supplements? or Gelatin?
What is a good hoof supplement? I know to look for Biotin and Methionine but at what levels, and also what about just giving gelatin? If so what amount every day, she get grain twice daily.
I've been trying to resuce this on line but can't find the answers I'm looking for. What do you use and why?
just plain biotin would be best, if you buy it from horse.com or valleyvet.com it tends to be a little cheaper. I have never heard of giving gelatin, biotin usually works really well. the package will say how much to give.

Hormone Issue - will my lost hair grow back and ever be thick again?
In the past 6 months I have lost so much hair from my head I am so scared. Drs told me to take gelatin. I started Biotin and Hair Vitamins but still handfuls daily. Its a pcos hormonal imbalance getting worse. I want to ask if anyone ever fixed hormones by converting to an immaculate lifestyle and regained/grew back thier lost hairs. I did before but that was before hair was a problem, I noticed today my head felt cold outside. I never noticed that before. I still look fine but feel like I lost way too much. It wont be stopping anytime soon if its been doing it this long. Most recent Dr. prescribed metformin but I didn't start it yet because of the natural alternatives out there and I don't want to overload my system with to many treatments. What did those who grew hair back do?
