Bhringraj Powder Hair
Do Brahmi and Bhringraj Oils really help hair grow?
A few weeks ago I bought Brahmi oil and powder along with some bhringraj oil. My hair is currently on my neck and I would love to see it on my shoulders by July or August maybe even september. I've been putting the oils on my hair every night for about 2 weeks now and haven't seen much of a difference in terms of length. I've been putting the powder in my conditioner and shampoo. Any suggestions on how else i can use the powder/oils? Any experiences with using brahmi, and bhringraj that have been successful?
No. The hair industry is a billion dollar business, oiling the hair is another way to get the hair moisturized & greasy. Their main job is to make tons of profits, they sell products that cleans & condition or moisturize the hair, and they also sell products that damage or causes the hair loss due to 'abuse'. They do not even give money back guarantee for damaged hair or hair loss. There's one new oil being created everyday.
There are many hair oil brand out there, none is better than the other. It can very well even harm your hair, even causes hair loss, since you don't know exactly what kind of oil they say it is. In the lab, they add other ingredients that can prevent from spoiling.
It does NOT make hair grow, it does not make hair thicker, it does help keep the hair moisturized, that's about all it does. Anything else they say on the label, it is to attract your attention.

If you've straightened your hair in the past, it will not grow normally or even stop it from growing. There's a reason why I always use my source: "I know hair. Save your money instead of buying hair growth products or supplements. Vogue Dec. 2010 issue has a section on biotin, supplements, etc. .

Because of inadequate quality control and inspection, supplements contaminated with heavy metals, pesticides, or prescription drugs have been sold to unsuspecting consumers. And FDA rules covering manufacturing quality don’t apply to the companies that supply herbs, vitamins, and other raw ingredients.

Growing healthy hair doesn't come from a bottle or pills and hair products do not speed hair growth. Any hair oil, is another form to keep hair moisturized, nothing more. If you're in HS, your hair & nails should be growing normally, and as healthily as possible, since you're eating healthy foods. But when hair isn't growing as fast, it's because they've been tempered with: chemicals, hair straightening, etc. . .

Instead, he spits and growls and coughs questions into our thin, gaping faces, questions that he knows have no answers, and that even if they did, he wouldn't want to hear them anyway. Because Powder Burns is too personal. It's a debate within Dulli himself, an argument that twists and wrenches itself through 11 different conversations and ends up with nothing more than a sigh and a wistful prayer for salvation. Musically, the album is as hard as the group has ever gotten. From the intense, driving opener that crashes into "I'm Ready" like a wall of water, to the hedonistic snarl in "My Time (Has Come)," Dulli is pure carnal emotion. The songs reference each other, reference other songs and literary works, bite into one another like a pack of hungry dogs and leave blood and patches of hair wherever they've been, but continue to limp down that smudged path that separates pleasure from pain. And Dulli's a genius at straddling that line, sliding into that muddy spot between sobriety and being high ("daylight is creeping, I feel it burn my face," he moans), that dangerous place between the flame and the coals, where he crouches, the hair on the back of his hands singed, hoping that maybe somehow he'll be able to get out successfully. It is a common form of skin eczema that occurs in parts of the body with high oil (sebum) production.
Body areas that are normally exaggerated include the scalp, ears, face, chest, and folds of skin, such as the underarms or the skin below breasts or suspended abdominal folds.

Dandruff Treatment
Conventional treatment of dandruff in adults includes zinc pyrithione, selenium sulfide, sulfur and salicylic acid, or tar shampoo are used. For severe dandruff, hydrocortisone cream is used. In some patients ketoconazole cream is used.
• Diet - Fried foods should be avoided. Reduce eating of fats, dairy products, sugars, chocolate, seafood, and peanuts. Increase green leafy vegetables and raw foods. Eat a whole foods diet.
• Biotin – Biotin is a water-soluble B vitamin that helps to break down fats, carbohydrates, and proteins. A characteristic dosage for dandruff is 3,000 mcg two times per day. Food sources of biotin include brewer's yeast, nutritional yeast, whole grains, nuts, egg yolks, sardines, liver, cauliflower, bananas, and mushrooms.
• Vitamin B complex, especially vitamin B1 and B2.
• Vitamin A.
• Omega fatty acids, especially omega-6.
• Zinc
Herbal Remedies for Dandruff
1. Apply coconut oil on scalp. It is very common treatment for dandruff.
2. Immerse amla and bhringraj powder in water and make a paste and keep it greater than night. Apply the paste on the scalp next morning.
3. Apply Shikakai powder for any type of hair problem. It is very effective home remedy for dandrufff.
4. Add some lemon juice in Luke warm water and be relevant it daily. It is also a common dandruff remedy
5. Prepare a paste of fresh neem leaves (Azadirachta indica) and be relevant it to the scalp. It is very effectual and proven home remedy for dandrufff.
6. Boil 100 g each of amla (goose berry), reetha and shikakai in two litre of water until the liquid reduce to half. Use this shampoo for one month. It is the best anti dandruff shampoo and is very helpful in scalp care and thicken of hairs.
