how can i make my hair thicker?
i have highlighted and bleached my hair many times and have ruined it..is there any way to speed up the process to get my hair back in shape. i put amla, olive oil and castor oil over night. and put egg and honey once a week. i hope this helps..anymore advice outthere???? and i dont bleach my hair anymore just put henna ..thanks
try hair oil; it really works! put it on at nite before bed and wake up and shampoo it off. usually coconut hair oil works the best but try others to suit ur hair

Which is better for the hair, castor oil or almond oil?
I hear they're both good, but which has better benefits for the hair, in terms of keeping it healthy, soft, moisturized in order to help the hair grow faster?
Also, does castor oil contain any mineral oil in it?? I've been using Amla oil for years now and I just found out it's bad coz it contains mineral oil in it...so I stopped using it and now need an alternative....so just wanted to know is castor oil is perfectly safe/healthy? Thanks!!

Dhani, yes I thought amla oil was good too but aparently the packaged amla oil from the Dabur company contains mineral oil which is bad for the hair....so unless I find pure amla oil or amla plant powder, I'd rather use something else as a substitute...
take it from me, almond oil has a lot more nutrients. castor oil is too thick. almond oil is right in the middle.
