100% Natural Hair Growth Vitamins
question about biotin and thin hair?
i used to have REALLY thick hair. now it's extremely thin (it's less than half as thick as it used to be). it comes out in clumps in the shower and i'm constantly covered in hair. i know it's natural to shed at least 100 hairs a day, but mine comes out in clumps and it's really fragile. i just got an AWFUL hair cut, and now i'm trying to grow it back out.
i have a few questions.
- i take one a day teen advantage for her. could i also take biotin? or would this be dangerous?
- does biotin actually work? i've read reviews that say it does, but others say it doesn't.
- does biotin cause acne?
- what dose should i take?
- what other types of vitamins would help with hair growth?

i never use heat on my hair (straightening/blow drying) and i take really good care of it. :/
If you color your hair a lot or use a lot of heat appliances (straightener, curling iron, even a blowdrier) it damages your hair and therefore sometimes makes your hair fall out/become very thin and damaged.
I'm not very sure about the Biotin though. I suggest going to a doctor

I don't have any specific info on these products, but I do know that pre-natal vitamins does help hair grow. It probably alot cheaper than any of these....
